Hi Team!!

Just joined, and am officially among the 50+ group as of March. emoticon

Gail - I don't know what to suggest yet. I will work on that though.
Have a great evening! And I'll be back!

Cathy

Weekly challenges seem to go well in most teams. Also questions of the day.

Short term goals are less intimidating than larger, distant ones. If I made a goal to lose 50 pounds by June, for instance, I know it would be impossible and I would become discouraged as I inched my way downward. Aiming for 5 pounds in a month would be more reasonable and if I didn't quite make it, would be less of a disappointment and I would be inclined to keep trying. My new years resolution was to exercise 30 minutes a day for the month of January. I expect I will continue that in February, but if I had made it for the entire year I might feel like it was too much to achieve.

I do like tips and short challenges are fun. I have the attention span of a gnat so it needs to be short!

Please please please (pretty please) tell me what you want to see here for this team.

I signed up as team leader as there was none, but truthfully I really need to know what YOU want from me? Do you want me to post articles, tips etc. about fitness & mid life?

Do you want challenges?

Do you want games/fun time?

Please talk to me :)
