Perhaps new sauces for your meal. Maybe try something new every week? Maybe you have too many of one type of meal. If you like variety, eating the same thing every day will get boring.
Fear is the mind-killer.
So I have been doing fairly well with the 4HB and for the most part feel great! However, I notice around Wednesday or so, I start to lose a little motivation. I don't want to eat the meal I cooked, so I run out. The meal I run out for is still healthy, for the most part, but still not as good as it should be.
Has anyone else run into this? If so, what are you doing to get through this? Any suggestions would be great!
