This is a fantastic idea ; but I too am concerned about what we can do to stay on track in the mean time . Perhaps a weekly challenge or a challenge to see 2011 out with our best weight loss results . Maria

i think this is a great idea. my only concern is that we or some of us might get into last supper eating till the first of jan.what can we do constructively till then to keep on track. how do people feel about challenges a new no binge thread or what ever you would like to do. jacquie

I would like to start over and take it one day at a time. I've been on too many teams to participate on a regular basis but I just untangled myself and I'm ready to give A course in Weight Loss 100% of my effort. Anyone want to join me? I will start posting daily on January 1.
