Hi guys, Sorry I didn't fall off the map, I've just been busy with a variety of things. At the beginning of the month was my town's annual Czech Festival. My daughter dances every year during it so I was running around w/ my head cut off. Last weekend was my youngest daughters 1st b-day. Hard to believe. Now this weekend is my brother-in-law's wedding.
I've also been trying to get back on track with my eating and exercising. I did really well in June but July I fell off of the wagon. I've been exercising every day so at least that's getting back on track.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be
