Update on goals...
1. DONE on Saturday
2. DONE on Sunday
3. well not quite, definitely did not meet this goal on Saturday & Sunday :(
I know that technically this is not the correct section for this but I noticed that if I post something in this area it will pop up on the main page unlike in the challenge section...
Anyhow, I hope that some of you were able to participate in the mini-challenges last week. If not, that's ok, join us this week! Here are the goals...
1. Brag Blog - I know some of you blog a lot some of you don't at all! I challenge you this week to post one blog on your page & make the topic about things that are going on in your wellness journey that are *positive!* Blogging an be therapeutic in a lot of ways & also it's good to get encouragement & feedback from other Sparkmembers.
2. New Workout - I challenge you all to spice it up this week & do something completely out of the norm of your workout routine. It could be cardio or strength training, point is to trick your body by switching it up!
3. Veggie-Time! - Try to eat veggies with your meals two time per day, preferably of the green variety! If you eat more great but if you are like me, you would prefer to eat anything BUT veggies so that is where the challenge comes in!
