I'm about ready to leave this team due to inactivity. I didn't experience the structure and support I was seeking. (I know that enthusiasm and all of that good stuff comes from within, but-well, I'm just being honest.) Maybe reuniting everyone as one team would be the best thing for now.

Hi Everyone!
I agree with some of the comments here, perhaps we should all unite as Team Revolution instead of the mini-packs, I think that would add more excitement for team challenges & will get different people with different goals involved with each, we could all learn something from people with different goals. Plus, I'll be honest, it seems the involvement had decreased since new year's so why not try a change?

I'm still here too. I'm wondering, though, if splitting this team into "packs" has turned out to be less productive than hoped. Pack #4 apparently has no leader, and needs an infusion of energy. Are other packs having the same issue?

The last couple of weeks have been rough. I started by letting other things get in the way of my workouts and then just started skipping them for no good reason. Why? I don't know. Maybe because it is just easier. It's easier to stay where I am than make the uncomfortable steps to move forward. I feel like I'm stuck in a rut right now and don't know how to get out of it. But tonight I'm going to the gym. It's going to suck after being almost completely absent for the past two weeks, but I'm going to do it. Something is always better than nothing.

Checking in. It has been a busy weekend. DH is coming home Tuesday and I've been working on getting the apartment ready. I need to go grocery shopping so I have his favorite foods. He is only going to be home for a week so I probably won't be online much. I made my menu and exercise schedule up for the week so that I eat healthy and exercise this week.

Im still here too. I joined a challenge in my hometown at the gym and if I lose 5 pounds by march 31 I will be awarded 5 free months and if I lose 10 pounds by March 31 the award is 10 free months. This will definitely be a challenge because last year I lost 1 pound in 1year

Thanks VirgoGurl for you great post! It was wonderful to find in my Spark Mail today! Just wanted to say that I am here for good! I make an effort to post somewhere on the board at least every other day, usually everyday. I have noticed a big drop off too, but hopefully with your post and mail, it will remind people like it reminded me, to get posting. I have signed up and activated my Zoho acct, I am going to try my best to get there on Sunday. With time change, I believe I will be an hour behind which will put me right at supper. I know that sounds really like an excuse, but with 3 maniac little boys and my husband who usually isn't in yet, not sure if I will get there. BUT in saying that, I am going to try my hardest! Thanks for all of the work you have done here! And so glad you have changed things up for yourself with your routine and plan. Usually that is all we need, a little change!

I hope that your weight loss is going well! After a horrible Week 2, I overhauled the majority of my weight loss plan. I figured that whatever I was doing wasn't good enough, and I didn't want to waste any more time.

I've noticed that activity in this SparkTeam has slowed down a lot. Not good. Obviously, we all can't post on the boards every day (or every week for that matter,) but we're 177 members strong! If less than 1/3 of us post on the message boards twice a week, that's still more than 50 members. Remember that you can always create a message board topic on whatever you want.
Our SparkTeam is more than just SparkPage decoration; we're a COMMUNITY. Our TOP goal is to provide support! And starting this Sunday, we can all chat via Zoho about our goals! We also still need more participants for the SparkTeam packs, so join one. Read this post for more information:
The more you participate in SparkPeople, the more weight you lose. Period. I called this team the Resolution Revolution because I wanted to re-define what a resolution is. For all of us seasoned gym-goers, I'm sure that you notice the flow of new gym members during the month of January.
But then traffic slows down by March. It doesn't pick up much until June, when swimwear panic sinks in. Then, in September, it hits the all-time low. At least until January comes back again.
I wasted more than 4 years out of my life trying to lose weight until I decided that enough was enough on Monday March 15, 2010. What about you?
Reflect on all the missed opportunities, unhappy times, health scares and lost money. Now get over it.
Today's a new day. Remember that the hardest part of success is just showing up.
