... afraid to get on the scale ... last week was bad, very bad, so I'm trying to make up for it and at least come closer to my February goal of 130lbs.
I've been doing a semi-fast this week and I'll probably weigh myself tomorrow or Friday.

The antibiotic started to work faster than I thought and the pharmacist told me it shouldn't make me drowsy. So I went ahead to work today...Tonight my son and I are trying the new Cracker Barrel for dinner. I am hoping to find some chicken soup. Friday my daughter and I are heading to PA about an hour away. She is taking the ACT Saturday morning...So I will have to take her out to eat, too. I am planning on getting soups and salads when I go out to eat and hope for the best. Friday morning I go back to my yoga class Turning Stress into Bliss...I am hoping the class is true to its name... Hope everyone has a great day!

Started the year a bit on the rocky side, but I've been going strong since mid-January! Today I officially reached a major milestone of losing a 100 lbs... 10 days before my first sparkversary too, which is on the 17th. :) If I keep on going strong like this, I'll be able to reach my goal weight by the end of april.

I am proud of myself. Got through the whole day without grabbing chocolate. Had to go to the doctor for this cold that isn't going away. I have anitbiotics and prednisone. I only need to use the prednisone if my asthma flairs. I am so hoping it doesn't because that always means weight gain for me. I didn't get from the doctor's office to the drug store before it closed so I will start the antibiotic tomorrow and hope for the best. Trying to exercise while getting over a cold is hard for me. I worry that it will set off my asthma. I do need to get over that. I think I will stay home on Thursday, sleep, drink soup and get better. I don't work Fridays so it will be a long weekend to get better...

You can stay strong! Just remember what you're doing this for and what you're working towards! It will make it a lot easier for you to stay on track!!!

Hi! I am new to this team. Trying to find one that is active and motivating. I am tired of being the only active person a team. So I left all of those teams and here I am. I am trying to get from 144 to 124 by the end of 2012. Really enjoying the mild winter I am having here. Hope it continues. Looking forward to getting to know all of you.

I am big time needing to get back on track. I am not sure what happened yesterday, but I just about would not stop eating. I was even going for a lot of unhealthy foods.

Hey team!! Can you believe its already February??? I can't!! January just FLEW by!!! Its amazing how fast last month went!!
I wanted to check in on you and see how you all were doing on your goals!!! Did you all get a good kickstart to 2012?? Do you have any fun challenges for February to help you stay on track??
I lost about 7 pounds in January and 12 inches which I'm really happy with! Definitely a great start to the New Year! In February, I've decided to do the "10,000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge" - which is simple, 10,000 swings in 30 days or less! Should be super fun! I'm looking forward to it!!
So now tell me - how did YOU do in January??
