My name is Rene' and I joined Spark about 2 years ago and then life took over and I couldn't access this as much as I'd have liked to but I'm back! I've lost 45lbs so far and still have another 20 to go to reach my goal.
I work full time and so does my husband but he has crazy hours and is away more than he's home. I have to drop off my son (he's 3) at daycare at 6am to be at work for 6:30 and my in-laws pick him up at 3:30 but then I end up working until 4 or 5 and then I have to come home and figure out what's for dinner, exercise, give Nick a bath and figure out what's for lunch the next day and get him in bed by 8 so he can wake up at 5:30 to start the day all over again. I try to take Sunday's to cook for the week but it doesn't always work out. I hate not packing my lunch ~ I end up walking across the street to Wegmans and get a sub.
I feel guilty that I leave him with my in-laws so I can work out (I also instruct a Zumba class on Wednesday's) even though they say they don't mind. He's been without me all day and he hardly sees his dad.
These last 20lbs are ending up being the hardest to get rid of! I'm hoping it will be easier with the nicer weather and longer daylight hours.
