I am new to spark people. I am 38 years old. I have a 19 year old son,18 year old son, and 15 year old daughter. I found it much easier to get in shape when I was younger. I have a full time job and attend nursing school. The best time I have found to work out is either when everyone is asleep or I get up earlier in the morning. It,s rough at first, but you will get used to it. I also keep a photo of me when I was pregnant close by so I can remind myself that I don't want to be that person. It is motivating to me to have a visual.

i have been on spark people for a while now, but just started working again after getting my one year old in day care. i REALLY need to loose this "baby" weight but i have a really hard time staying motivated. any pointers??
