by looking at previous posts I will say we are suppose to post our own habits for the month. okay then, let me be the first to say this is like TOPS group I belong to. each week we are suppose to come up with a food that we are not suppose to eat that week or we have to put 25cents into the pot if we eat that particular food. so, that being said the healthy habit I choose for this week is to avoid candy.

slowly but surely I will get to where I am going.

Hi team!

Let's jump start our healthy lifestyle in June. What can you do to challenge yourself to be healthier? I know I don't drink enough water. So I'm going to re-commit to that in June AND make sure I get at least 60 minutes of exercise in at least 5 days a week.

What are you going to do for you??????
