Just got a message from you Duffy, honestly I don't remember joining the team but I never delete sparkpeople because even though it hasn't worked well for me the people and the staff are amazing. Over the last two weeks I've been juicing 2-3 times a day and cooking a vegetarian meal every day for myself and most of the time my girlfriend as well. If the people here haven't seen it I suggest watching fat sick and nearly dead it's an incredible documentary and really opening you can watch it free for the time being because it's the 2yr anniversary of the making of it. I've lost 15lbs and an inch of fat in 2.5 weeks. I really would like to hear from those of you who watch it.

I am still here! Glad to see you back Duffy and glad to see you keeping this team going!

My workouts consist of running again...working on running a 5k again! It is going great!! I found doTERRA oils and am shocked at how well they worked for my asthma so I am now running again!!

I am also doing ST a few days a week. We start with a 15 minute warmup from the P90X series and then do our own lifting with the weight bench. I have already increased my weights that I lift and am really enjoying it!

Eating consists of Whole30/Paleo. I did my first Whole30 almost a year ago and found it made a MAJOR difference in my health, as in shoulder pain disappeared along with other aches and pains gone. I knew I had issues with whole grains already so that wasn't a surprise. As I age I find my body changes and what it can tolerate changes so I end up doing trial and error to find what works!!

May Goal: Second son graduates from law school next week and I am just 2 lbs from the goal I had set for May 10th!! After we get back from the graduation I will reevaluate and set a new monthly goal.

I will check back and see how the team is coming along!!
