My workouts consist of running again...working on running a 5k again! It is going great!! I found doTERRA oils and am shocked at how well they worked for my asthma so I am now running again!!
I am also doing ST a few days a week. We start with a 15 minute warmup from the P90X series and then do our own lifting with the weight bench. I have already increased my weights that I lift and am really enjoying it!
Eating consists of Whole30/Paleo. I did my first Whole30 almost a year ago and found it made a MAJOR difference in my health, as in shoulder pain disappeared along with other aches and pains gone. I knew I had issues with whole grains already so that wasn't a surprise. As I age I find my body changes and what it can tolerate changes so I end up doing trial and error to find what works!!
May Goal: Second son graduates from law school next week and I am just 2 lbs from the goal I had set for May 10th!! After we get back from the graduation I will reevaluate and set a new monthly goal.
