Think about tracking team goals. It can be very motivating! Here's what you need to know~
Log 168 miles per month- Count everything here- if you walk, run, cycle, row, anything that results in miles counts. For example if I walk 3 miles and do 7 miles on the elliptical in one day I enter 10 in this category for the day.
Earn up to 10 points per day for healthy habits: Give yourself 2 points a day for each of the healthy habits. 1. Track your food 2. Exercise daily 3. Drink 8 glasses of water 4. Eat 5 fruits or veggies 5. Get 7 hours of sleep. Do all 5 and you get 10 points!
Walk 93 miles a month: This one is all about walking, jogging, or running. Cycling, elliptical or other forms of movement don't count here. Outdoors or indoors- pavement or treadmill- either is fine.
Burn 2013 calories a week- Enter your calories burned here. It all adds up!
Exercise 1,678 minutes a month- 1678 x 12 equals 20,130 (get it 2013?) all of the goals have something to do with the # 2013.
The team progress is based on the # of participants-so start tracking and I'll adjust the #'s to reflect the # of members tracking.
