Don't know - I couldn't keep up with posting everything. Wish I knew. Trying to keep up in 2013 - new years goal (not resolution)... but I am already behind and it is only DAY 11... hoping to catch up this weekend.

Love the goals and challenges. They are all spot on. Again, I jumped all over this team when she sent it out. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for, I am just struggling with keeping my stuff updated on SP...

Thanks for the input, if people are challenged and not intimidated by the goals then I think they should stay. Do you think the number of goals is about right or would you rather see some of them rolled together? By the way, did you reach your 2012 miles? I started out really strong but I just didn't make time to keep up my 60-90 minutes per day.

When DUFFYDYER first set this team up and sent me a personal invite, I joined the team specifically for the hard challenges and imposing goals. I didn't need team goals of exercising 10 minutes a day or some of the simply starter goals.

The only thing that has prevented me from participating so to speak is tracking my goals and nutrition and posting my results for the team. I do my workout and nutrition goals but I have a very busy schedule and updating my other goals, SP goals, nutrition and fitness trackers are last in a full day of activities.

I wanted the hard goals of reaching 2012 miles in a year, etc.

My two cents worth.

I took on the task of leader for this team yesterday because I don't want to see this team fade away. We currently have only a handful of team members who post but I don't know you we have on the sidelines. I would like to make this team helpful for all of you. Please post and let me know what you would like to see. I feel that the current team goals are too imposing but I want to know what team goals would be most useful for you? Also, what types of topics and what type of motivations are the most helpful?
