When DUFFYDYER first set this team up and sent me a personal invite, I joined the team specifically for the hard challenges and imposing goals. I didn't need team goals of exercising 10 minutes a day or some of the simply starter goals.
The only thing that has prevented me from participating so to speak is tracking my goals and nutrition and posting my results for the team. I do my workout and nutrition goals but I have a very busy schedule and updating my other goals, SP goals, nutrition and fitness trackers are last in a full day of activities.
I wanted the hard goals of reaching 2012 miles in a year, etc.
My two cents worth.
