THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS GETTING READY TO BE IN FULL SWING.HERE'S A COUPLE SUGGESTIONS TO HELP YOU GET THROUGH IT.(1.)KEEP HEALTHY SNACKS ON HAND.LIKE FRESH FRUIT:CUT-UP&CHILLED IN THE REFRIGERATOR,STRING CHEESE,NUTS,AND GREEK YOGURT OR ANY KIND OF LOW-CALORIE YOGURT. (2.)BRING VEGETABLES AND OTHER HEALTHY DISHES TO PARTIES AND FAMILY GATHERINGS.I HOPE THIS WILL BE HEALTHFUL TO EVERYONE.
