Over the past six months I have regained 18 pounds. I am pushing myself to be in the 170's by my birthday in June. I have a fitbit and my goal is to walk at least 10,000 steps per day 6 out of 7 days each week. I hit my mark yesterday so here is to the rest of the week.
I'm in! I definitely need some pushing! I lost 17lbs, but need to start working out more. I feel that the walking and house work is not doing much any more. My body has become used to it and and definitely need a change!
