I remember when Duffydyer started this team about 2 years ago - I really liked it because I was at goal weight (still am) and liked the challenges and hard items to meet daily/weekly - but found after a while I was having a hard time keeping track of my goals, etc. and getting on here to post and track and update my numbers. Then lost my commitment and time to the team.
I still want the team to be a part of my SP life, and goals. I will probably get back onto tracking better after the holidays and starting up January 1st. I know, why wait, but that is just what I feel for now.

lol, I forgot I joined this one! Healthy habits are hard, especially when your 2yr old is stubborn and wont eat unless its mc donalds! I am working on curbing this, his Daddy is a junk food junky too. Being the only one in the family trying to live healthy is hard! But I'm trying. And have been slowly making success
