My June was mixed. I was right on track with my exercise (96 miles) and I met my calorie goals all but three days but I had another month of a 2 pound weight loss. If I am totally honest with myself I ate within my range but at the top side of it for the majority of the month. I think I have to eat close to the bottom of the range if I want to get back to a pound loss per week so for July I am going to try to stay around 1200 K per day and see how it goes.

I had a fantastic June both mentally, physically and on paper - just down right crappy with regards to logging and posting on SP... since March I have done awful with logging in and posting my nutrition, fitness, blogs, etc. I just don't seem to have time. Really want to, badly.
I was spot on with eating and exercise and put on 4 lbs of lean muscle - woo hoo! My trainer was super excited. Then I ended up hurting my knee, now I am on the DL for a bit. I was so ready to get my butt in gear for July...

Well so far I've gotten 1,380 minutes and 32 miles so I'm not making my mileage. I will be adding to that the next few days. I don't feel like I've wasted the month. I've eaten as well as I could, just not exercising as much as I could have but still I made efforts to exercise when in the past I would not have even bothered. So I feel like I'm moving forward in the right direction. I don't know what my weight is because my scale is out of whack. But my size 12 clothes are feeling loose so I'm not gaining! I really believe that coming to the site every day, even just to log in keeps me focused on what direction I'm moving in!
Weight has been up and down this month, just within or just above goal range. I have gotten back in the habit of tracking and am working out more regularly since school got out June 13. Hope to really get back to it in July, even with 2 week-long vacations planned!

Trying to tidy up points and blogs for the end of the month. Due to my accident not able to exercise for a week but did manage over 93 miles and 1,800 spark points. In the 70% for trivia, although I gained a couple of lbs I am still maintaining my weight range and no bonus points posted for this month so maybe Duffy might give us double points next month. In total I am adding 30 points to this months score. I copied my entry from daily discussion, would enjoy hearing how everyone is doing half way through the year. Anne
