I had a fantastic June both mentally, physically and on paper - just down right crappy with regards to logging and posting on SP... since March I have done awful with logging in and posting my nutrition, fitness, blogs, etc. I just don't seem to have time. Really want to, badly.
I was spot on with eating and exercise and put on 4 lbs of lean muscle - woo hoo! My trainer was super excited. Then I ended up hurting my knee, now I am on the DL for a bit. I was so ready to get my butt in gear for July...
