Minimize the Madness! Focus on minimizing the stressers in our lives so we can focus on our healthy lifestyle. Seems like alot of the team had a blah February so in March let's focus on reducing stress and keeping a positive attitude.

I also like the idea of Meatless Mondays. Don't suppose we could do a Meatless March (although becoming a vegetarian is one of my goals).

Well my son says it's "mustache March" and he's going to grow a mustache, but that's not quite applicable here, so um, March Munchie Madness?

Marching into March Madness!!! emoticon Marching in place can be a great workout that can be intense. I know because I used to be in a marching Drum & Bugle Corp and marched a lot while in Navy Bootcamp.

Maybe a March Muscle Blast. So much strength per week. We track 3 days per week. Maybe something a little more structured like a different strength move each day.

How about things that are sports related. Dribbling a basketball, jumping rope, any training type exercises.

World Water day falls in March ... a bit of a tie in for water consumption, which is always a tough one for me to manage.

Also St. Patricks Day ... maybe number of green foods.

Fat Tuesday is this month, perhaps focusing on what percentage of our calories are fat calories.

Play with words

So moving more in March. Could be marching. Morning moving. Move that middle. More muscle. Moving with music

Mindful menu making (planning meals weekly)

Meat-free Mondays in March

More mighty water

just a few quick M thoughts

Seems it should involve marching. Being I can not do lots of big duty walking/marching/running.... I do chair marching. Basically marching in place. Done either seated or standing. But, I do that.

Also...for wii fit people there is a marching segment that is part of that. I have done that before too.

Not sure how you could tie it in but....it might be something to think about.

Hi team!
It's almost March so I'm looking for some ideas for the monthly challenge. January was "Jumpstart", February was "Focus on Food". What would you like to see for "March Madness"? Any creative ideas out there! Please respond to this thread with your ideas and we'll see what the leprechaun brings forth on March 1st!
