I have struggled with this issue since returning to work full time in September. I am a first-year teacher in a special needs class, have 5 kids of my own, and am in grad school. I have set a minimum 20 minutes of exercise daily, and get in some strength training daily, usually first thing in the morning before I get everyone else up.
If we look for reasons why we can't, we are sure to find them. I did for the first few months I was working. Now, I continue to search for ways to make it work because I am worth it! Thanks for reposting!

blog Chuck. Just what I needed to today. As a matter of fact earlier on this morning in response to a few blogs I mentioned that it was time for me to really stop making excuses and really push towards achieving my goals. I know I can do it so the only thing thats keeping me back is my lame excuses.

Thanks for the link to the blog Chuck! I agreed with you when you wrote it and I still agree! Let's make this a no excuse zone! It's okay if you don't exercise or eat right from time to time... but recognize that you made a choice, don't make excuses! Duffy
