today in St class we did 4 sets of 8 pushups with arms on a bencha nd legs straddled out behind us. Was tough but got them in. Stronger than I thought!!

Michele, just start off slowly. I started with the push-ups only being able to do 2 full, and the rest modified. After 2 weeks, I could do 20 full, and now I am doing 30 full push-ups a day! I can tell such a difference in my arms and upper back. Such a simple challenge, but it has made such a difference. I have built up to a full routine with no equipment!

Haven't posted in a few days!
day 26, 27, 28- push ups: now doing 30 full!

day 13, 14, 15- 100+ crunches
day 5, 6, 7- 30 tricep dips (changed to tricep kickbacks today because the dips were hurting my wrist!

2 full weeks of push-ups daily, and I can definitely tell a difference in my arms. Could only do 2 full when I started, today did 24 in sets of 8!

I'm just now noticing this challenge! I want to join....I can tell I'm a couple weeks later than everyone else, but I will catch up.

I think I will keep doing these. I have felt a good soreness, and I can see a difference in only a week in what I can do!

I'm doing 2 sets of 20 wall push-ups three days a week already and will up that to 2 sets of 20 wall push-ups every day and possibly up that to 3 sets. I haven't tried the regular push-ups in probably 40 years so think I'll stick to the wall push-ups.

Push ups are something I struggle with have tried a few times. Have to do modified ones on my knees. This is a chance for me to focus again. I will try in sets of 5 and see how I go emoticon emoticon
