I hate hate hate when I type a huge post and it goes away and I have to retype it but then I feel too lazy to do it! LOL
Anyway, I'm just about to do a 4 mile workout, because I finally feel back to my normal self. I think that Punxsutawney Phil seeing forcasting an early spring has alot to do with my attitude as well! Yay!
I'm just super motivated today. I almost feel like doing another walking workout later, but then who knows after I finish this one.
I'm also hoping to cook up alot of healthy dishes as well... and rented a few redbox movies for later. We are expecting more snow, just a couple of inches, but with the freezing temps (this winter has been BRUTAL), the roads will be slippery, so Ivan will call off work AGAIN and so it'll be a movie night. No Les Mis' performances today, two tomorrow... so Chris is home as well. I finally saw the show yesterday.. and it was FANTASTIC! OMG... the kids are sooooo talented! Loved every minute of it. I can't wait to watch two more shows back to back tomorrow... then we are done with this one, then in two weeks, it's two weekends of Avenue Q, where Christopher has a lead role... whew... busy kid.

So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
