Happy Friday Everybody! Just checking in...Fri is weigh in day for me and I got to change my ticker back down to 219.5 so-o-o-o-o since I have gotten serious about this weightloss business I am going back down...It is only a couple of pounds from last Friday, but I WILL TAKE IT...IT WILL ADD UP....I have just got to make it through the weekend and keep on keeping on...ramp up some walking and one thing I have learned in the past two days is that I have GOT to get the water in...water helps flush out the fat...drinking enough water should be a simple task, but some days I just don't do it...that is going to change TODAY...if I don't get the water in...the scale does not move...so...just do it...drink water!!!!!
Hope everyone is well and let's all plan to have an exercise party this weekend!!!!LOL...put on some music and dance!!!! emoticon emoticon

P.S.- I am watching the Fat Loser videos and I think they are really helping me get my mind right!!!!! emoticon
