Been down for the count for a few days... how are you all doing?
I've been not feeling well this past weekend. It's been bitter cold up here in the Northeast and I've been soooooooo cold. Freezing, in fact. Not feeling well and in bed alot. Friday, took the day off to go to the therapist, which I ended up cancelling (will have to reschedule)... and going up to see my son at Districts (Sara... congrats to your child as well! Daughter was it? I'll have to re-read that... I've been so out of it, but I know I read it! LOL) I think I had my head on Ivan's shoulder the entire concert... then never could get motivated enough to exercise or see my son in his play all weekend (Les Mis')... I'd have gone if it weren't on again next weekend, but I knew I could get a chance to see it then, so I opted to rest. Took another day off yesterday as well.
Did absolutely NO exercise.
And today, not even sure I'll make it out of our drive, as it's a sheet of ice and for some darn reason, my husband REFUSES to buy salt for any weather condition. So, now we might be stuck. We are going to attempt it here in a bit, so we'll see. If we make it out, he's buying it before he comes back. Grrrrr, MEN! lol
Well, just wanted to say HI to my friends here! I've missed you all! And my weight has still been good! Down 131 now! I can't believe it... I'm so happy about that!
Going to start exercising again tonight... but starting off slow... with one mile probably.. work my way back up.

So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
