I had lost about 60 lbs and measured at the beginning and at the 60 lbs lost and showed that my measurements were the same, I am pretty sure I'm not good at measuring... so I kept my big jeans instead lol I'm with Missy, I just think that I'm not sure where to measure and feel it wouldn't be completely accurate anyway. So, I know what size I started out as and I know what I am now and I figure I'll know what I'll be when I'm at goal and that will just have to be my unit of measurements for all of this. Plus, the picture of me in my "big jeans"... when all is said and done. Although, it'd be pretty cool to say, I've lost 50 inches... or something like that! LOL Oh well!
I also didn't really do the side shots throughout... I did once, never kept up with it... and this time, I just went for it... sometimes I feel that if I set myself up for a photo journal, maybe I won't follow through so much... so I just live and snap pics, etc... stuff like that. It may not document the way others do, but I think my journey is still shown, ya know? Yours will, too.

So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!

Woo Hoo, you do the "HAPPY DANCE," as you deserve it! I too found my inches changed quite a bit with my first round of C1, and even in my most recent round... a little over 3" was a pleasant surprise for me, as I'm not working out to the same degree as I usually do.
Before I started the 17 day diet, I got my weight and body fat measurements. I wanted to measure my inches too but couldn't find my tape measure. Well now I wish I had searched harder. While I was working out yesterday, I glanced at the gym mirror( which I usually don't like to do) and my tummy seemed flatter with less rolls in my spandex top (He he); wishful thinking I thought. Well last night DH says to me "your waist is smaller, you are losing weight" . Well let me tell you, I was doing the happy dance in my dreams all night. The scale hasn't budged in a week, but that's perfectly fine, because obviously somethings working.
