I am having some friends over for a girl party this fri.
I am planning on making kale chips and the cauliflower popcorn. But i was wondering if anyone has any other ideas of stuff I could have / make for the night. I am on the Cycle 1 and will only serve what is appropriate for me to eat ( friends have been told to eat supper before coming) and that i am only serving just snacks / munchies which will be on the healthy side.
I was wondering if the flax bread was good i saw a recipe for it some where and it looked interesting since i am allergic to grains and it would be a kind of bread based product for those looking for the carbish like snacks. and put some dill type dip or something on it and a fresh sliced cucumber or roasted baby red pepper........
