Maybe you could do chicken wings and make a yogurt dill dip, or grilled chicken bites?? Or even a cauliflower pizza crust!

It certainly does sound like a fun evening! And Roasted carrots are also soooo good! To have with the popcorn cauliflower maybe? Or yes, the large plate of crudites? Also, don't forget the deviled eggs? I know there is a Cycle 1 recipe for it and those are totally on plan! You may just recruit a friend or two to join the plan with you! LOL

Have fun! Maybe ice some green tea, too! Have fun!

So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!

HI!

How bout a huge plate of crudites?... carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber broccoli cherry tomatoes etc..

I usually make a dip out of strained yogurt (strain through a very fine sieve or cheese cloth for a few hours ends up like cream cheese) I'll then add garlic powder and fresh herbs

I am having some friends over for a girl party this fri.

I am planning on making kale chips and the cauliflower popcorn. But i was wondering if anyone has any other ideas of stuff I could have / make for the night. I am on the Cycle 1 and will only serve what is appropriate for me to eat ( friends have been told to eat supper before coming) and that i am only serving just snacks / munchies which will be on the healthy side.

I was wondering if the flax bread was good i saw a recipe for it some where and it looked interesting since i am allergic to grains and it would be a kind of bread based product for those looking for the carbish like snacks. and put some dill type dip or something on it and a fresh sliced cucumber or roasted baby red pepper........
