Congratulations are definitely in order!! That is a significant loss in Round 2 of C1!! Don't worry about calling it P2. haha. Many confuse it with the "Phase 2" from the Atkins diet. Very different , but an easy mistake.

So glad to hear you are looking forward to C2. Some are tentative to add the additional food/carbs, but it is so important for your metabolism & long term success! There is a post a few days past titled "C2 thoughts". Many are moving on to this cycle, and need the encouragement that it's o.k. and vital to move on to this next stage!!

Oops, I have been calling it Phase 1 not cycle 1 so thats what I meant. I am going to try and change my title if I can.

C1 lost 7.8lbs
C2 lost 5lbs
C3 plus 2.5
Total Weight Loss – 10.3lbs

Gratz on your lbs lost. curious what the P1 means, I know about rounds and cycles but I am new to program and just got book couple days ago and haven't finished reading it yet.

I am down 6.9lbs. I am happy with that. It isn't as much as the first time I did the diet but I am happy and now off to P2. Excited about the additional food options - I was starting to get a little bored.
