That's fantastic! Yep, 2 body fat percentage points will make you feel fantastic! So happy for you! :-)


So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!

Hi Cinnamarie, I have lost 5 pounds. But more important to me I also dropped my body fat percentage by 2 points. I agree with you about attitudes towards food, I no longer see it as a crutch but more as a means to nourish my body. I am so grateful for this program. I lost 30 pounds on weightwatchers 5 years ago and I always felt deprived and hungry, now I just feel so EMPOWERED!!!!

Oh boy, I KNOW that feels great!!! You are living proof that exercising your "resistance" muscles works!! The more we give in, the more we are tempted to give in! Especially with sugars & breads!! The more we resist, the easier it is to resist!! And seriously, carbs just make you want more anyway.

I'd say you're on to something!!!!!!!!!! emoticon

Yay! May I ask your weightloss after the 14 days? I'm sure that has something to do with it as well? It is truly amazing that you see/feel the results this plan gives you and that along with how you feel is truly all you need to keep you from the foods of "before"... it really is. I know that I feel SO differently towards food than I did prior to my experience with the 17 Day Diet! It's just remarkable!

I just had to share. I am on C1D14, something happened today that has never happened to me before, I went to a pot luck and was able to walk right by the bread, pastries, fried chicken, beef, casseroles and desserts and helped myself to a small salad with a tiny drizzle of italian dressing (which was the healthiest dressing available) with a few grapes for sweetness. The best part was the salad was sitting between the assorted breads and the most delectable chocolate cake you ever saw - and I wasnt even tempted. It gets better, I came in to work and there were 3 large boxes of pizza delivered for the staff, and I wasn't tempted either. This is a big deal for me because a few weeks ago, the bread, pastries, pizza and cake would have had my name all over it. I was just unable to resist them - and now I can. Oh happy day!!!!!
