I posted this over in the daily check-in, but for those who don't chat over there, here's some thoughts on C2!!
LOTS of great stuff going on in here!!
Many of us are moving on to C2 - and there's lots to chat about, as we add new foods. We have to be super careful to not think of this cycle (or C3) as "free willy!!" It's essential that we move through these cycles mindfully - we are training our bodies to tolerate and USE healthy carbs!! AND - this slow addition of new foods & more calories works WONDERS on the metabolism!!!!!!!!!
My biggest piece of advice is to LISTEN to your body - and get ready AHEAD of time, for a few more cravings again. Your body WILL adjust and you WILL lose more weight - just more slowly. This is the design of these cycles. Personally, I broke through a C2 plateau in C3! Haha.. who'd have thought?!
If this is your first time through the cycles, DON'T BE TEMPTED TO RETURN TO C1 IF YOU HAVE SOME CHALLENGES!! Just pop in here and let's chat about it!! It's crucial to give these cycles a chance to do their work! If you keep returning back to C1, your metabolism will suffer, and plus, the "START AGAIN, STOP AGAIN" mentality, is not healthy. This is a LIFESTYLE!!
