After 2pm, I drink the Celestial Seasoning Green Tea/White Tea DECAF. The white tea makes it taste much more tolerable in my opinion. I am not a tea drinker, so I add 1/2 pkt. of truvia.

I don't drink it at dinner because I have problems with insomnia anyways. In the back of the book (I just found this the other week!) Dr. Mike also says to drink your tea or coffee at least an hour before you eat because it can hinder iron absorption.
If you think the caffeine may be a problem I would get decaffeinated green tea. Lipton, Bigelow, Tetley, Celestial Seasonings----they all make the decaf version. Hope that helps!

I drink it morning and lunch only..and not always..because of the same problem..Not being able to sleep..
Does everyone drink the green tea before meals? I havn't been sleeping well the last couple of nights. I usually avoid caffeine after noon....so I am wondering if the dinner caffeine is the culprit? In saying this, I have really been enjoying the freshness of the green tea and I think it does curb my appetite.
