Personally, I drink my last big glass of water about 1/2 hr. before dinner, and I just sip decaf green tea later, but nothing after 7ish. I hate having to get up to pee!! lol.

Daisy, I am such a great sleeper but I can probably sleepwalk to the toilet and pee and then walk back to bed and sleep through it all lol I drink til I go to sleep... I stop eating probably by 7 pm, so if I didn't drink til I went to bed, I'd be in trouble! LOL It's the water that keeps me from eating more.
I do understand your plight, though... hubby is the same way and so is just about everyone else I know... they can't drink water that late or they'd be up all night and not sleep. I am up all night, but I'm ok with it. I sleep just fine. :-)
So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
How long before you plan to go to bed do you stop drinking water? I usually eat dinner around 7ish have a big glass of water with my meal (also to have my vitamins). And that is it for liquids for the rest of the night. But since I have been having the big glass of water I have been waking up in the middle of the night every night since I started the diet. I hate waking up because it always takes me awhile to fall back to sleep. I think I need to have less water at night. Just not sure how many hours before bed I should stop.
What does everyone else do?
