Daisy, I am such a great sleeper but I can probably sleepwalk to the toilet and pee and then walk back to bed and sleep through it all lol I drink til I go to sleep... I stop eating probably by 7 pm, so if I didn't drink til I went to bed, I'd be in trouble! LOL It's the water that keeps me from eating more.
I do understand your plight, though... hubby is the same way and so is just about everyone else I know... they can't drink water that late or they'd be up all night and not sleep. I am up all night, but I'm ok with it. I sleep just fine. :-)
So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
