Well that's good to know. I drink tea all day long, including with meals. I'll have to plan my meals better.

I will say, though? I've always been low on iron... and my iron levels never drastically changed... always stayed right where they always were.

So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Now, I juice and feel that the 17 Day Diet has taught me so much about food that it's influenced me to be a healthier person and I strive for a healthier way of life every day!

I didn't know that in the beginning.... found out somewhere in the middle... and never really changed... tried, but never really was able to get into gear with it. I guess it became too much of a routine for me. Have you tried it the other way?

So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Now, I juice and feel that the 17 Day Diet has taught me so much about food that it's influenced me to be a healthier person and I strive for a healthier way of life every day!

I was reading the book..again...Did you know Dr. Moreno says to drink your coffee or tea at least one hour BEFORE meals? I never thought about it even though I knew the tannins in tea decrease your ability to absorb iron. If you want to read more it is on page 228. emoticon
