No victims. Quit blaming others. Those two thoughts have changed my life in so many areas. Now I notice how people do lean towards being victims. Honestly, it really irritates me in others but then I notice how easy it is for me to look for someone to blame till I remind myself. This is a good reminder for all of us in a lot of areas - not just with eating.
I am in the middle of reading this book......it is by far the BEST thing I have ever read about dieting. It is about mindset, and this is where it all starts! I wish I had read this book 10 years ago. Once you have the right mindset, everything else makes sense. Steve Siebold goes really deep and he does not hold back. I encourage everyone toget and read this outstanding book and do the action steps at the end of each chapter.
