One of the things I read was to freeze it in ice cube trays and use in smoothies. I think I will try that. I just used some in my yogurt Ranch dressing instead of milk too. I really like how it tastes! I think I like making curds and whey! emoticon emoticon

I wonder if there's a way to dry it out & pulverize it for whey protein powder?? Or even adding some to a smoothie?

LOL---thanks Sara! I did drink a little of it... tastes like watery Buttermilk. emoticon
I may try it in a soup or something sometime. It is supposed to have enzymes and stuff that is good for you, but I may just toss it! After all--I did get two different cheeses out of it so not too wasteful!

Sounds interesting! But... no whey - can't help ya. The only thing I know about whey is that Little Miss Muffet ate it! LOL.
Try googling it?? Good luck!

Ok---so this may be a strange question but here goes! Yesterday I made mozzarella cheese from scratch (easier then it sounds!) Turned out GREAT! But then I had all this Whey leftover so I looked online as to what to do with it. I found out you can heat it to 200 degrees and make Ricotta cheese so I did that. But I still have Whey. LOL! I know that I will use some in cooking as it suggested on some of the websites I found but has anyone else done this? And if you have...did you use the whey? emoticon
