First time in this journey feeling under the weather (more arthritis related than actually being "sick")... and I slept til almost 11 am... not at all on track with the food and the timing of things today... didn't have the lemon water, haven't had a probiotic yet, although I grabbed a pill, so at least I got that in. No veg or meat yet...
What do you all do when you are just not in your "everyday" pace of things? Do you just get by? Is it detrimental? Should I just pick back up tomorrow....
Even though I'm typing this at 1:30 pm and can TECHNICALLY cram everything in... I know that I won't... and don't want the stress of that today... just going to relax... maybe lightly work around the house for my Holiday Open House on Saturday... but basically keeping it simple today.
So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
