I agree... you are thinking and when you are thinking of good choices, you almost always make good choices for you.
I probably would have opted for a taco w/o the beans... meat, lettuce, tomatoes and even the cheese would be ok... Maybe because I'm hispanic and know that refried beans are sooo not healthy... now, if they offered the black beans, that's a different case, altogether.
Good luck! You'll get it, but even now, after over 20 weeks on this, I still get VERY flustered if I'm out and about and don't have my foods with me. I've even been known to pack jerky or slim jims in my purse and a hard boiled egg and almost always my cut up carrots... with a quick green tea on the way out the door. Good luck!
So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
There will always be times that you just have to pick the best thing in a bad situation. The most important thing about this post is that you were thinking about what was best for your body even if it wasn't your first choice.
