I have tried green tea and am not a lover of it, but I do have green tea leaves (I use loose) that I do really enjoy it is Cactus Fig green tea and it is delicious and I usually have a cup of that in the afternoon or evening....I really enjoy chai tea too, but it isn't green, but it is good and beneficial too.
I use the probiotic supplement when I run out of yogurt or feel too full to eat my half cup at night. I've never heard of green tea tablets. I think that the water in the tea would do more for you then the tablets but I'm not an expert. I make a thermos of green tea in the morning and sip it all day. If I have any left in the afternoon, I add Ice and enjoy is cold. I didn't like green tea much when I started this diet but I love it now. I add 1/2 cup of unsweetened soymilk to my thermos and love the rich creamy taste.
I believe way way way back in the forums there is something about these suppliments and I don't really think if I can remember that they are all that good for you. Hoping that maybe PNM or Gabby could help you out on this...just go all the way back in the forums, I am sure there is something there about them.
Cinnamarie, Not replying to your question, leaving that to our pros but funny thing is you reminded me of something. For some reason I have left green tea on the wayside, not sure why I guess just got lazy. I've been drinking coffee instead. I guess I better get my green tea out. I usually make it in a pitcher and either drink it cold or else I put some in a cup and microwave it. Maybe that's what slowed my weight loss down? Thanks for the reminder and btw you (and hubby) are doing amazing!!!!

I bought some Probiotic Acidophilus (1 Billion) today... how would I have this? I was thinking for the weekends, when I'm running around and not able to have my 1 or 2 probiotics? If I have a yogurt in the morning, can I just have one pill as my 2nd probiotic later in the day?
Is it the same for Green Tea tablets? Just one per meal? Again, I don't plan on supplementing all the time, but did want these in case it made me follow to the plan when I possibly couldn't.
So excited about the 17 Day Diet. It has truly taught me new ways of eating and being healthy. Although I've not followed the daily cycles since I finished Cycle 2 at the start, I do tend to choose only foods from all three cycles. I incorporate the added carbs as I can and we are living a 17 DD Inspired life! Getting us to goal!
