I know we have the Maykin it happen AND the Spring Fling challenge.... but I am really feeling I need something shorter term for Monday-Friday. I remember doing really well in the past when I focused in on just repeating something every day. This is the first day of cycle 3 for me and I am just feeling in a funk for a lot of reasons. All that being said, here's what I want to do this week and I will come back and edit.
1-Drink 56 ounces of water daily
2-Meditate at least 5 minutes a day
3-Follow cycle 3 to a T (nice rhyme)
4-40 minutes of body movement through space (bike, walk, swim, kayak, other)
5-Clean/clear apt 15 minutes daily
6-make one phone call to handle things I keep putting off or ignoring.
Better stop there if I am going to be able to achieve.

Mon. yes to 346 still have bit of time for 125 wow did 125, late but did it all.
Tues. yes to 356 still have time for 12, but not the 40 minutes this late. will have to settle for something and plan better tomorrow even with lots of rain.
