@Angellinda... i think that is a very creative idea. i think staying on cycle 2 too long would not be good in the long run. who knows you may have to report it to Dr. Mike when you have your sucess story to tell. i can really see it becoming your new mid cycle and then be able to go on to a full cycle 3.

@kathymag... i am still marvelling at you doing another job. how do you say superwoman in hawaiin? hmmm. how do you spell hawaiin?

Hmmmmm - there's a concept!! After I finish re-aligning my energies with my new job and get back into a good rhythm - I might try C2/C3 idea. Right now I'm stickin pretty close to C1 til I get back down to 189.8......my spike is pretty much over - so that should happen fairly quickly.

Thanks for the idea!

I think this is a great idea.... I'm with Kathy here I have a love hate relationship with c3 too...am supposed to start it on Thurs...giving it some thought...might do a c3/c2 thing and instead of a c1\c2day make it a c2\c3 day and see how that works.

Just started a second job so have to realign my own energies while I adjust to new schedules, etc....so far it's a challenge!!

I know we have the Maykin it happen AND the Spring Fling challenge.... but I am really feeling I need something shorter term for Monday-Friday. I remember doing really well in the past when I focused in on just repeating something every day. This is the first day of cycle 3 for me and I am just feeling in a funk for a lot of reasons. All that being said, here's what I want to do this week and I will come back and edit.

1-Drink 56 ounces of water daily
2-Meditate at least 5 minutes a day
3-Follow cycle 3 to a T (nice rhyme)
4-40 minutes of body movement through space (bike, walk, swim, kayak, other)
5-Clean/clear apt 15 minutes daily
6-make one phone call to handle things I keep putting off or ignoring.

Better stop there if I am going to be able to achieve.

Feel free to add your own M-F plan tailored to what you want/need.


Mon. yes to 346 still have bit of time for 125 wow did 125, late but did it all.
Tues. yes to 356 still have time for 12, but not the 40 minutes this late. will have to settle for something and plan better tomorrow even with lots of rain.
