I just found out that our grocery outlet has a case of 1000 stevia packets for 35.00. I hope to buy one this week. I will have stevia for life! Ok, Ok, for 2,000 days.

We are the ones we've been waiting for.

I have to tell you honestly, that no where does it say that you CAN NOT have Splenda...what it says is that it isn't recommended...if you have it, you could slow down your weight loss and you may still have cravings.
Have you looked into Xylitol, or Agave...Agave goes a long way...just a little is very sweet. It is also very yummy.
Someone told us on another discussion somewhere about Truvia or Stevia (can't remember which) having flavours in the sweeteners too.
I have never tried either one of these sweeteners so I really don't know much about them, but the way I look at it is...is it worth the cravings, or is it worth the cost of it. I find Xylitol pricey too, but I'm worth it, so I buy it lol. Stop and think how much money you used to spend on junk food and then consider the price of the sweetener. Is it worth it?

Also if you go to truvia's facebook page there is a link for free samples - they don't have them for free anymore but you can print a coupon for .75 off any size. :)

I get the 80 packet pack for 4.99 at the grocery store. It lasts at least a month and a half (that is with ds using it too!).

Yep, it is a little pricey. I have found that Walmart carries the Great Value brand (approx $4.00 for 80 packets) of Stevia that is less expensive than Truvia. Also, if you have an Aldi grocery store in your area, they have a box of 40 packets for $1.99.
