I've had the same problem throughout the 17DD. I get them in my feet, calves, and hips. I haven't found a cause yet - perhaps my increased exercise or because of my increased metabolism, I'm needing more water, vitamins, or minerals. I take multivitamins, drink my 8 glasses of water and get my nutrients from the 17DD, so it didn't make sense that I would have a deficiency of any kind, but maybe...
I recently found a homeopathic treatment labeled for muscle cramps at my local healthfood store. It's called zincum metallicum. I take 5 of the little "balls" twice a day, and I think it's actually helped! It could just be a placebo, but I've also tried a lot of other "treatments" to no avail (tonic water, bananas, magnesium, pickle juice, etc), so I'm just glad the cramps have stopped!
I've been meaning to have other causes checked out. I suspect it may have to do with my arches or alignment. Keep me posted if you also find something that works!
