I too eat the regular cheddar and moz mix cheese (in moderation..a little goes a long way) and I use regular salad dressing too. Tried the FF and didn't care for the taste...like Gabby says...all things in moderation...that is what we are learning to do with this diet anyhow.

Me too (especially salad dressings yuck!) and Yahtzee, just so they know - you're on what day of C3 and how much have you lost? I'm on C3D8 and I lost 15 lbs. through cycle 2 but haven't weighed myself recently. Of course, you all have to understand that Yahtzee and I are stressing moderation. A little bit of the real thing goes a long way - if you eat too much, you'll stall your progress. I've been eating 2% cheese (like american or cheddar), rather than full fat or FF, but maybe just 1 Tbls here and there.

I have to admit, I don't use FF cheese...or many FF products because of the chemicals added to make them taste better. I'd rather use very little of the real thing if I feel the need.

Thank you all, but you know if you contact their web site, they will tell you that I'm wrong. Besides, it's a little hypocritical. We're supposed to be cutting down on processed food to cleanse our system, and he's suggesting FF foods which are loaded with chemicals and other questionable ingredients, just to make them taste better, because they took the fat out!

Linda, Of course I agree! I don't cheat(not yet anyway), but I sure do "tweak" all the time!

Thanks for the responses! I will keep looking! I did look for the FF Slices and couldn’t find those either… maybe because I was going later in the day and they might not have had it on the shelves. Good tip on the parmesan!

Gabby308 I wish they had a like button like they do on facebook because I like your comment on the ff parmesean that if yo can find it use the regular. I wasn't sure about the regular and all I could find was reduced fat parmesean which I bought. Good to know I can use the regular if can't find the other.

Jesus loves you!

If you can't find FF parmesan don't worry, just use regular because it's naturally low in fat, and you usually don't use a lot anyway. You should be able to find the Kraft FF slices with the rest of the Kraft products. It's easy to overlook.

I also live in Canada. You can usually find fat free kraft cheese slices at most grocery stores. But can't find fat free grated or regular cheese. Loblaws has a blue menu reduced fat cheese that is better then the regular.
I am fortunate because I live on a border city to michigan and go there grocery shopping so can get alot more of the fat free products.

Hi there,

I've gone to a few stores in my city (Canada) and haven't been able to find any fat-free cheese. The only thing I have found is light, or reduced fat cheese. Where do you guys buy this cheese? I'm starting to think it doesn't exist...
