For best results, I suggest you finish cycle 3 before starting back on cycle 1. Good luck with your journey
I started cycle 3 on Monday. I'm finding it the most difficult cycle so far. I was used to the pretty routine days (limited days of cycle 1 and 2). I'm finding the addition of food difficult. I'm still having my carbs for the most part before 2 pm although tonight did have a carb at supper. What I'm finding difficult is to get all the food in. I know in the book he says dont' worry if you leave the 2nd fruit or carb out. Some days it just seems i automatically revert to cycle 1 type days.
Has anyone else struggled on cycle 3? I have been tempted to just return to cycle 1 but want to follow the program the way it was designed.
