I did a shopping list (below) which includes most of the goodies for the first 17 days. Hope this helpes everyone.
SHOPPING LIST - 17 DAY DIET(1)
DAIRY = yogurt Eggs Feta cheese
MEAT/PROTEIN = Chicken (inc patties, Turkey, Pork, Tuna
FROZEN ITEMS = Berries, Fruits, Vegetables
TEA - GREEN
Also, after doing a serch there are a number of sites that give a general overview which will give you a good idea until your books come in.
Also, begin each day with a cup of hot water and lemon and 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
