Hey there! Yes, Bob's workouts are DEFINITELY really hard but so worth it. I've been doing them for over a year and a half and still can't do them without resting sometimes or modifying but I can definitely do more each time. Welcome!

Hey All! I am new to this team, but not new to Bob. Well maybe a little new. I've been doing Bob's Kettlebell work out for a month now along with Jillian's 30 day Shred. I purchased 4 of his dvds this week and completed Ultimate Cardio today. Sheesh! How could you not be fit doing his work outs? Any way, hope to be very active on this team and lose about 15 lbs. It's been ongoing for decades now, but I like working out...it does good stuff for my brain!

I love the Totally Ripped Core but it definitely is HARD! At least you're progressing! Good job!

Well, I tried Totally Ripped Core out again yesterday. WOW! What a workout. I still don't have a handle on those rollbacks, but I didn't have to cross my legs anymore to get up, I just used a one hand assist. I'm sure I'll get it at some point. I just need to keep trying.

I think Bob's workouts rock! He is tough.

I'm SURE I look like an idiot when I do them! I'm not sure why Bob isn't as popular but I suspect because he doesn't yell at his contestants like Jillian does. His workouts are harder than some of the P90X ones!

I'm going to try to increase my momentum on the way back to my feet and see if that works. I'd hate to see myself do them right now. I probably look like that lady in that old Life Alert commercial- I've fallen and I can't get up! Hee hee!

Thanks for the tip! I do love Bob. Not sure why he doesn't seem as popular as other trainers, because his workouts are tough.

Kay, I just figured out last night that you need to make sure you go fast when you roll back to your feet and it's much easier. I also use my hands since my abs aren't as strong.

Question for others who love Bob- does anyone have any suggestions on how to get better at the rollbacks? They are in several of his videos, but stood out to me in Totally Ripped Core. I roll back, but then have the toughest time getting up. I usually have to cross my legs in order to do it and that's not right. I am just so frustrated with this move. Maybe I don't Roll Back to the front fast enough?? I don't know. It's just so difficult.

Although I'm totally in love with these workouts, I'm training for a 50 mile-3 day walk in September and almost all of my days are spent walking but I'm looking forward to doing the rotation when the walk is over. Have fun!

I see it know. I am following the first one you posed just for the Inside Out Method DVDs. I don't have all of the other ones yet. I have ordered them but haven't received them yet.

Thanks

I have both of them and they're in the schedule I posted from Bob's Facebook page earlier in this thread. Take a look! They're both great workouts. :)

Another question. Why doesn't the Inside Out Method DVD Rotation include the two Kettlebell DVDs (Kettlebell Cardio Shred and Kettlebell Sculpted Body)?

Does anyone else have them and work them into the rotation?

Bob's Workout is two 30 minute workouts. I would say the cardio workout could work but it's really a mix of cardio and strength so maybe the shorter workouts of both of those videos? You could always do a shorter workout twice...

I have a question about the Inside Out Method DVD Rotation, I am missing Bob's Workout. It there another DVD that would work as a suitable substitute? I just ordered it and am not sure it will arrive this week.

I agree - the Inside Out Method ones ARE really intense and challenge and I love that about those. I got the new ones thinking they wouldn't be as hard. I have done all 4 and have to say that at least 2 of them are just as intense and challenging as the Inside Out Method ones! I was shocked! :) The beginner one is really a beginner one and not as challenging but worked as a shorter workout due to time. And my heart rate wasn't up that far with the Totally Ripped Abs one but it REALLY did work my core and I was sore for three days afterward. I would consider that more of a strength training one. The Total Body Transformation one is HARD. Just as hard as any of the Inside Out Method ones. The Ultimate Cardio Body one is also just as hard.

I'm not trying to convince you to go get the news ones - just giving a review. Let us know how the workout schedule goes for you! :)

I like the inside out ones because they are intense and challenging. I needed that. I really like Turbo Fire, I also have Chalean Extreme. I also got p90x from a friend.

True. The Beginner's workout is only 45 minutes for the new videos. I did that one on a night I was a little shorter on time.

Yes, I liked him on FB and did see that. I dont have those other set of DVD's but might order them. The only thing that is hard is most work outs are an hour.

Awesome! If you're on Facebook, he also recently posted a calendar with the Inside Out Method videos along with his newer ones. If you Like him on Facebook you'll see his posts or you can just visit his page and find the calendar. Keep us posted on how you like this rotation! :) I want to do the newer one but I also just got my Insanity DVD's so I'm going to start that one on Monday and then do Bob's after that.
