WEIGHT has nothing to do with how much muscle, bone mass or water is in your body! Remember. Water makes up 60% of your body weight. If you are dehydrated your weight will bounce up and down.
Please don't rely on the scale .... Just look at how your clothes are fitting and how many inches you have lost. I have a few friends who have great blogs about the scale, I can send you alink if you want?

It's gone back down to 174.2 haha! this is getting a little annoying :( I thought it was my scales that where wrong but my other half's weight has stayed consistantly the same with a normal fluctuation of 1-2lb or so so its not that... :(
current weight: 140.0

The other day the scales said I weighed 181.2 , yesterday it was 174.1 and today its 180.4 so... can weight actually fluctuate that much in a day?!?! I remeasured myself a ton of times and they all stayed the same, I figured its quite a large amount... I thought maybe the medication I am on was effecting my weight somehow, its Lanzoporozole a gastro-resistant thingy (it stops the production of stomach acid to kill off the virus I have and prevent stomach ulcers) but it also causes water retention an a whole host of other things and I've been really struggling to lose weight since I started taking them..... or could it be something else?? I'm not entirely sure what my point is haha I just really need some advice on what to do? could it be my medication and how do I go about losing weight if thats the problem?? feel like I'm fighting a losing battle against my own body here, I lose weight then put it back on then lose more then go back up, its an insane yo-yo
