I usually take what is left over from dinner the night before.

Or I make turkey sandwiches and steam veggies on the side.

I also eat lots of salads. I always use spring mix lettuce, a nut, fat free cheese, a fruit and a light dressing and a meat

Definitely check out Spark Recipes! They have lots of good stuff. I think things like roll ups are great if you buy healthy tortillas. You can put all kinds of stuff in them. I buy lots of frozen Smart Ones and Lean Cuisines and honestly I really like them! I don't have to fix anything or think about portion control because it's already done. Also, soup is another good one. Yogurt, nuts, fruit, veggies with some sort of light dip... great snacks or sides for you lunch. I like to portion out my leftovers from last night's dinner for lunch too.

I like making turkey and cheese roll-ups (lunch meat without any bread) or having non-fat greek yogurt with fresh blueberries or strawberries. Lilac's salad sounds way better though, and I bet I'd like Blessedwifemom's tuna salad.

Tabby's Tuna Salad (Spark Recipe) on two slices of toasted Nature's Own whole wheat bread with a banana and baby carrots. Tthe recipe makes 7 servings so my husband and I eat it several days in a row. It is very yummy and filling. Spark has some pretty yummy lunch ideas. Have you tried to use any yet? I have tried a ton and haven't been dissapointed yet.

I like baby carrots dipped in hummus. I'll add a whole grain roll if I'm really hungry.

I don't know if this is something different than you usually eat, but I just had lunch in the school restaurant where my youngest daughter takes a class and works, and I had a spinach salad with grilled chicken, pine nuts, feta cheese, cranberries, and a olive oil vinagrette dressing . It was delicious and came in around 400 calories! Gonna make this at home.

I'm looking for some different lunch ideas. I have the same things that I eat all the time and sometimes I get bored with it and I don't want to get bored and just start eating mindlessly looking for that different thing to eat. So if you could please give some ideas of what you eat. Thanks so much...
