There's lot of rewards, you just need to pick the right one for you. Massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, new things for your wardrobe. I've also set goals to take some "me" time and watch a chick-flik (I live in a house with 3 teenage boys and my husband), pick up a motivational book, I visited my sister out-of state for the weekend, all by myself. Buy some tools for weighing or measuring food. A new piece of jewelry, there's the "spark rewards" too. Or, just set small weight goals for your motivation, sometimes a drop in the numbers is reward itself~
I am simultaneously saving money for my new weight wardrobe. every three months I meet my goal the money put aside for new clothes stays. each 3 months I don't or I slip up to many times t he money is donated to Breast Cancer. So that way even if I stay fat I will have done lots of good. But if I stay on track consistently the more money i will have for my old navy shopping spree

I was just wondering if anybody has a plan to give themselves any motivational incentives as they lose weight. I have decided that when I lose 10 pounds I get a new pair of gym pants. For 20 pounds I get a new pair of shoes. When I lose 30 I get a bunch of new clothes (because I will need them). I wanted to reward myself a little more often but I cannot think of any good rewards.
