Earlier this week I asked for advice on whether to weigh in or not. I was afraid because of the couple of 'cheats' I had, and I wasn't feeling like I was making progress.
Most thought I should weigh in, so I went to the clinic today and weighed in, and guess what? I lost 2 lbs!! That makes it 4 lbs total for me since I started, and I am so pleased.
Little by little, week by week I will acheive my goal. I was hoping for 1-2 lb loss per week, and so far I am right on track.
Mostly I am focusing on getting my diet under control, following my limits/guidelines (ie: calories, protein, fibre, carbs & fat). I have increased my activity here & there, and will be adding more structured exercise as I go along.
