Go to the start page, "My goals and progress" - "Weight Progress" - put in your starting weight and your goal weight & date - you should get a calculated daily nutrition range for calories, fat, carbs, etc. Now you can use the nutritional tracker to track your intake. Using the nutritional tracker is one of the best tools here on Spark People. You'll be able to see just what you're eating and if you are meeting your minimum intakes for calories (and it's important to get enough calories!) and not exceeding them.

I would say to spend your time tracking your food intake and aiming for staying within your calorie range. But check in with us once in a while on the thread ;)

I'm still fairly new to the site and don't have a lot of time to focus on here, so I was wondering where a good place is to start and focus my time? Thanks for all of your help!!
