Go to the start page, "My goals and progress" - "Weight Progress" - put in your starting weight and your goal weight & date - you should get a calculated daily nutrition range for calories, fat, carbs, etc. Now you can use the nutritional tracker to track your intake. Using the nutritional tracker is one of the best tools here on Spark People. You'll be able to see just what you're eating and if you are meeting your minimum intakes for calories (and it's important to get enough calories!) and not exceeding them.
