Don't be so hard on yourself. We all do it! If you consider that this is a lifetime change, it won't make you feel so bad. Because the rest of your life hopefully stretches out a long time and you probably won't remember this one slip up. Hope you're feeling better and back at it. Don't give up!

Shake it off Fruityful, every single one of us has struggled at least one day since we joined SP two and a half months ago. I myself have just had a terrible weekend, but sat down yesterday to re-visit my goals, and now I feel like my eyes are back on the prize. If I can do it, you can too!

I blew it today. It started very early in the morning, with a bowl of sugary cereal because I couldn't sleep. It continued throughout the day with bad choices and fast food and now I feel HORRIBLE! I really want to start fresh in the morning, but I'm having such a hard time not being so hard on myself, that I'm afraid I might sabotage that just by my negative thinking. I know we're talking about one day here, but I was doing perfect for the past two weeks! How could I just blow it?!?!?!
Hope you are felling better soon hon. Dont put yourself down. We all have bad days, but you have had the flu, which is nasty!
Just get yourself back up on that horse and keep pluggin away. I had a bit of a cheat myself last night, and normally I would go all in, figuring if I cheat a little I might as well cheat alot! I'm glad I didn't, and that I stopped at the one cheat.
When we've been sick, sometimes it can take a few days before our energy level gets back to normal, so dont be too hard on yourself about the exercise either.

I got hit with a flu on Thursday and have not tracked nor exercised since, because I've been achey and feeling blah. I'm doing better today, the flu hit its peak over the weekend and I am just coughing and a little achey. Alka Seltzer Cold med is my best friend along with mucinex and a bunch of supplements (b12, ginseng) for energy.
I'm not worried about exercising again right away, I'm still achey, but due to large quantities of apple juice and just wanting things like nutella on a bagel or king ranch chicken (comfort food.) I gained a couple pounds and am at 193.8, this is the most frustrating part. Today I am going back to tracking and I know I can't get mad at myself so harshly considering i've been sick, but still I feel like a lazy fat@ss. :/
