I was going to make the same suggestion KnurlHall made. Looking at the nutritional info online is a real eye opener. emoticon

Hi just for future reference. I found that most food chains have their nutritional values on the internet. I just do a search such as google.

So if I know where I am going out (if I am going out) then I look it up ahead of time and determine what I can and want to eat.

I have even started a file folder with nutritional info and either print up their file or save it in a .pdf on my computer so I don't have to search for it again.

Hope that helps

Just be proud that you picked a salad for lunch at Arby's. Sometimes there's just no way to really tell what is the best choice. See if you can get that book - it's a big help. Sometimes I'm surprised what really is the healthiest choice at restaurants.

Oh I really like Arby's... roast beef with horsey sauce... I have a couple of books in the "Eat This, Not That" series, and one book deals with restaurants, which I find particularly helpful. Arby's is listed in this book. I keep it in my van to help me make the right choice. So what did you wind up choosing today?

A cloudy, damp day but I'm up early and meeting a friend for lunch. I don't know what to eat at Arby's. I've been doing so well this week, I hope I can find something.
